whats covered

What’s Covered by Insurance?

Insurance coverage typically applies to medically necessary infusion and injectable therapies that are prescribed by a licensed provider and administered under clinical supervision, like:

  • Autoimmune infusions (RA, MS, Crohn’s)
  • Neurologic infusions (CIDP, MG, NMOSD)
  • IVIG for immunodeficiency
  • Bone density treatments like Reclast and Prolia
  • Rare disease therapies (PNH, aHUS)

All treatments are delivered in a clean, comfortable setting by licensed infusion nurses.

Self-pay

Self-Pay Pricing for Wellness & Aesthetics

Services such as IV therapy for wellness, peptide therapy, and medical aesthetics (Botox, facials, microneedling, etc.) are not covered by insurance. These are considered elective and are self-pay only. Prices vary depending on the ingredients, frequency, and service selected.
